Rooted Roast was born in Dagali — a small mountain village in the heart of Hardangervidda. Here, where winters are long, silence is deep, and the air carries the scent of pine and frost, we found the philosophy for our coffee. Each edition is a place. Each cup is a moment. What a pleasant surprise. Great specialty coffee and a fine selection of snacks. The owners are really nice, too. We enjoyed a flat white and espresso from a light roasted Costa Rican coffee. Definitely a highlight on our journey to Eidfjord.
